Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Flutter By Boutique! We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Refund Policy - the basics

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or refund, provided the item meets the following criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair, and stains

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items marked "FINAL SALE"

  • Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear

  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Email us at [your email address] within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back using your preferred carrier. We do not cover return shipping costs at this time.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. Your card will not be charged for the new item unless we do not receive the old item back within 7 days.

Damaged Goods or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
